Gravel mountain taken with the cell phone. Eleavation around 12,000 ft. You can't tell from the pic, but the upper section of the mountain is verry steep. Taken on last saturdays sled ride.

Temp 0. Lake Granby in the process of freezing.
According to our thermometer, it was 30 below this morning. Granby, where Jeannie works, 16 miles south of here, was -40. Tabernash, about 29 miles from here, was -52. This is the coldest it's been since we have lived here. Thinking it's time to find a warmer location!!

Jeannie and some friends went cross country skiing Monday. That's Lynn (Line) back fom Belgium for the winter.
It's been snowing for 7 days straight. The mountains west of here have had record snow falls. Were doing pretty good here. Supposed to snow for a couple more days.
