Sorry to hear your not getting any rain out west.   Talked to Gary in Big Bear, he said building would be stopped if they didn't start getting some rain and snow.   But then that's been going on for years.
Other than messing with my work, the rain here has been badly needed, and the hope is that the moisture will slow the beetle kill, which seems to get worse every day.

Today is  the Buffalo BBQ thing.   It's supposed to be the biggest event of the summer season.   Were having a parade today, and who knows what else.   There was a lot going on yesterday, but we had one of the heaviest rains I've seen since I've lived here.   Will post some parade pics later to day.
Every body have a nice day.

Voodoo juice Glo..
Been way hot here the last week and a half or so. Really enjoying it. Supposed to get some rain, we need it, got to keep the fire danger down. Although a lot of property owners are cutting, clearing and spraying, the beetle kill is spreading. Will get some pics and post them.

Our congratulations and best wishes to Travis and Rachael, who were married yesterday in an out door ceremony at the YMCA of the Rockies Snow Mountain Ranch. The reception was held at another part of the ranch, and every body had a great time.
I have worked with Rachel off and on over the last couple of years. She is a finish carpenter working for TrimWorks of Grand county. Travis is in excavation.
Good luck, and God bless.
