Home!

We're home for a few days hoping the cold spell will soon be over. This has been a successful trip even though we didn't make our original destination, yet. 

We got a late start yesterday and could see Berthoud pass wasn't looking good so we decided to head for Silverthorn. By the time we got to Ktown, highway 9 wasn't looking so good either soon we decided to layover at Red Mountain RV Park rather then chance it.

I'll spend the next couple of days fixing the internal water issue. And unless we have a heated water hose we'll not be traveling in sub zero weather anymore!

Not Gonna Do It!

Guess we'll need back home. We're having water issues due too the cold and it's not looking any better in the coming days. We'll head back and deal with it and try it again. Supposed to be getting warmer.

Day 1.

We're out of town. Not exactly the warmer climate we were shooting for, but we're moving in that direction.

Getting Ready

Thanks to the cold front getting the motorhome ready is taking a little longer than we expected. We hope to be on the road no later than Tuesday morning. Traveling this time of year is always a gamble.

On The Road Again!

As you probably see in the photo below we have gotten a Class C motorhome and will be hitting the road in a few weeks. We will be recording our adventures here. See you then.
