I have added a comment box which you will see to the right top of the page so when you visit you can comment if you like. The line and text link are a mistake so don't click on the link. If you have been here before you will have noticed I changed the page format and will probably make more changes as I learn more about it...Enjoy ;^)
Guess we didn't get enough snow after all. The streets were pretty much dry and the trail out of town was in bad shape. We're behind normal snow fall this season. Our sled is set up for powder and doesn't do well unless there is several inches on the ground, or at least some packed ice. Went up to Blue ridge a couple weeks ago. It's about 11000 feet and there was about 3 1/2 feet of undisturbed powder. It's like being on top of the world. It was a beautiful clear day, and I forgot my camera!! Were going to try to take a sled trip to Rabbit ears pass (Steamboat springs) before the end of the season. By the way, Blue ridge is about 15 miles from here. There are sled trial's that take you there. We keep the sled parked out front so all you have to do is hop on it and hit the road, when there is snow.
Ok. I've uploaded more winter pics to the yahoo photo site. There is a slide show button that makes for a nice way to view.
I'll be uploading more as time permits. Being on dial up really makes for long uploads. ATT was supposed to have broadband available as of June last year. ATT was bought out by Comcast and no body seems to know when broadband will be available. Wireless is available by our service provider, but it's $300 to set it up, and $50 a month. Last year it was over a grand to set up. This year you can lease the equipment as opposed to buying. But I still think $50 a month is way to high.
It's been snowing for a couple days now so we have something to go play on. Would have liked more but what we got will do.

Ok, next best thing. Below is a link that will take you to a pic post I found on another blog. If you don't want to give them money you can only post one pic a day. That's cool takes to long to down load on dial up any way. I may set up a photo album on yahoo, although I would rather just post to the blog page. Time to get some sleep.. :< )
